Shipping conditions
LTL shipping
LTL shipping will take place on workdays between 10:00 and 15:00. We offer LTL delivery in Budapest and in the 20 km range of Gödöllő.
LTL shipping is available for orders received before the rent's first day 8:00, or if the rent's first day is on a weekend before Friday 8:00.
Price
Rents exceeding net value of 20 000 HUF:
one delivery and collection is free
Otherwise:
4 000 HUF+VAT (2 000 HUF+VAT per direction)
Pick up point
On workdays between 9:00 and 17:00 at a previously agreed time, you can pick up or drop off the equipment free of charge at our company's site located in Gödöllő. The equipment may be picked up at other times if previously agreed!

General shipping conditions
- The delivery and collection locations are agreed before.
- The delivery and collection does not include the moving of the equipment inside the customer's building or the event's site.
- The customers will be contacted on the day of the delivery or collection regarding the estimated time of shipping.
- On the day of the collection the customer must prepare the equipment to be ready for shipping by 12:00.
- If the waiting time exceeds 15 minutes during the delivery or collection of the equipment, we charge 6 500 HUF+VAT waiting fee for every started hour.
- For orders received on the rent's first day after 8:00 am, or if the rent's first day is on a weekend after Friday 8:00 am, we charge an extra 8 000 HUF+VAT fee.
